In order to manage you server you will fist need to login to our control panel system. 

==Login to the control panel==

Visit our website @ - http://www.2047servers.co.uk

On our homepage you will see a login box, this is where you enter your username & password.

== Quick Info ==

Our Custom Control Panel System allows you to submit support requests to our support team while in the Game Server Control panel, this reduces the need to use a separate system or email us directly + It allows you to manage multiple request for multiple servers.

We aim to get back on support requests as soon as we can, Please note our support follows our various polices (as found http://www.2047servers.co.uk/policy.html) We do not fully support 3rd party content, plugins, mods etc... So you will have to see with the people who made this addons rather than us. Do not presume our support team can solve all issues when you are running 3rd party content.

== Submitting a Request ==

To submit a request all you have to do is click on the Support tab on the left menu > Open a New Ticket (Or click the "New" button as seen in blue on the image below))

Now you can sort your ticket into the right department depending on what type or request / server it is related to.

Choose the priority of your request & select the related service (if you have multiple servers with us choose from the drop down list, if it is effecting more than one service please state this in the request.

Add your subject line & include as much information as you can in the message section as this will help our support staff understand your issue & find ways to help you out.

You can also attach image or text files if you need to.

After you have submitted your request you can go back to the support section to see the status of the call / any other support tickets you currently have open. To view the details of a ticket just click on the ticket or subject line.

As you can see on the image below, there is a response to this demo ticket (see ticket history) you can either reply to this ticket if you need to or close the ticket if your question / problem has been answered / solved.
